Sustainable Practices

Landesberg Design strives to minimize negative impacts on the environment. Along with specifying FSC-certified papers and printers whenever possible, we do our best to design print materials that are recyclable—avoiding varnishes, metallic inks, and gloss-coated papers. We’re cognizant of specifying dimensions that will maximize the press sheet. Presentations are via pdfs instead of color output as possible, and we encourage clients to consider electronic communication over print whenever sensible.

Our office practices reflect our commitment to minimal impact: we recycle all waste (paper, cartridges, containers, outdated equipment), use energy-efficient fluorescent bulbs, and drink filtered tap water instead of bottled. Walls of windows let us take advantage of natural ventilation and light throughout the summer months.
