The Kenyon Review
A new format for a venerable classic
The Kenyon Review is a legendary literary magazine that discovers and publishes exciting new voices alongside the most distinguished authors of our time. Providing a new typographic format for the journal was a wonderful design challenge. We designed a flexible, appropriate setting for literature and poetry, thinking carefully about type choice, spatial proportions, and visual rhythm from page to page. We also refined the journal’s logo and identity system, providing templates that included business cards, letterheads, and other stationery.
